PHIL HADLEy – U15 ASSISTANT COACH

ABOUT ME

I first started at CFJFC at in the 2002/03 season when I joined the Academy and subsequently the Under 8’s and played for the Club for 11 Seasons until the end of the U18’s . I was also lucky enough to have a trial as a goalkeeper for EbbsFleet but the travelling at a young age required dedication and commitment and ultimately football was not my preferred profession.

When I finished football I took my Refereeing Qualifications and am a qualified Referee and hope one day to reach Ryman League Level which I am working towards.

I hold all the required qualifications – DBS Approved , Child Welfare , Safeguarding Children and Emergency First Aid and am delighted to be able to pass my goalkeeping and football experience on to the younger players and more importantly give someone back to CFJFC who first gave me the opportunity to play football.

My interests include my car which I often display at shows and of course am a dad to my little girl who I hope one day may also show an interest in football (although mum might have something to say about that)
